It’s interested me for a while, why this particular post “Journalising, Journalism and Blogging…Restrictions on Posting” continually gets the most hits regardless of new posts. If you’re hitting this post for a reason, I’d be keen to know.

I’m assuming you’ve already dug in your logs to see where the most traffic comes from, reoccurring of IP/CIDR, search terms /referrals that deliver the traffic?
Is the hits staggeringly higher, like some bot is stuck hammering the url?
Yeah, done that. Nothing staggeringly different. Just a non-descript post getting more hits that it should.
Then again, who would have thought the ACS discussion would still be going hot. Maybe that post has given them a heap of free advertising…membership numbers could be exploding!
