I realise my team is in demand :) , but if you’re going to try to headhunt them, at least take the rejection professionally. Don’t be telling people that my guy applied for a job with you, when you approached him. And worse, talking to people in the industry about it – talking BS that you chose someone else instead for the role……when you were told in no uncertain terms that they weren’t interested in working for your organisation. Bad form dudes.
